January.

I have been quite busy this last week.  Would you like to see what I have been making?
This cushion was for a very dear friends birthday, all the fabric is fair trade from this shop.  You might remember this post that I did before Christmas.  It was a great way to get a present idea to make for this friend.
I have finally finished my Christmas holidays project.  Apart from a little free form crochet (which I did whilst watching films over Christmas), I tried not to do anything for my Folksy shop during the children's school holidays.  That is where the idea for the above short sleeved cardigan came from.  That and my lovely stash of yarn which sits besides my favourite position on the sofa.

Now that the children have gone back to school, it's back to fulfilling orders.  I had just one outstanding from before Christmas which it was agreed would not be done until January.  I am doing another bag like this one

I sent the top picture and some other yarns to my friend who has placed the order to see which ones she might like.   She has decided on the pinky/red, blue and cream so I shall be getting on with that now.

While I was waiting for her reply I decided to use up a few bits of yarn and made these for my shop

I think they are rather cute and just right with Valentines day coming up next month.

Did you see my last post about the masks?  Here is a picture of hubby and me wearing them and my daughter wearing a very beautiful borrowed mask.

Happy Crafting.
